The KBL “Monday Night” box (Free Instructional) sessions are led by Connor, Colin and Cole. This is a great opportunity for players looking to improve their shooting, defensive footwork, off-ball movement, hand-eye coordination and stick-skills while learning the foundation of Box Lacrosse for age groups (7-10) and (11-14)!
